'Rose Sainte-Marie' is named after the iconic lighthouse 'Saint-Marie Lighthouse' which illuminates the southern entrance to the Old Port of Marseille. The 19th-century schooner Salcombe Fruiter was known for carrying fresh citrus and herbs from the lighthouse to English ports.

Inspired by the aromas, flavors and lifestyle of the South of France, this gin expresses the vibrancy of the Mediterranean coast, with no added sugar, strawberry sweetness and a natural pink color that complements the sea.
It is one of the rare pink gins with a double gold award in competition.

NOSE: Aroma of fresh lemon peel and herbs from Provence. The natural sweetness of red fruits and the characteristic scent of white flowers and orange blossoms carried by the sea breeze are enhanced. Lavender, lemon verbena, a touch of white pepper and a hint of finesse.
PALATE: The finest Macedonian juniper berries give structure to the flavor, complemented by the natural sweetness of strawberry and angelica. Despite its richness and strength, it has a lingering softness, and the freshness of lemon and orange peel balances it out.
FINISH: Smooth to the end with a soft aftertaste.

Macedonian juniper berries form the backbone of the gin, with the natural sweetness of strawberries and angelica. Fresh citrus peels such as lemons and oranges are hand-peeled before each distillation and combined with nine hand-picked botanicals including lemon verbena, rose petals, orange blossom and pink peppercorn. , which creates an elegant softness and smoothness.
