Glenfarclas, Gaelic for "green grassy valley", was founded in 1836 in Speyside, the Scottish Highlands. The distillery at the foot of the majestically towering Mt. Benrines is blessed with a blessed location where melted snow water that has been purified over many years springs out, and single malt whiskey full of originality is made. The color is bright amber gold. A fresh and rich fragrance reminiscent of fruits soaked in sherry. The perfect balance of sweet and spicy! Won a gold medal at the IWSC 2010.
