A staple product of Kilchoman Distillery, a farm distillery established on Islay in 2005. Using barley malt with heavy peat (phenol level 50ppm), the main vatting is made from unblended whiskey aged in bourbon barrels. MACHIR BAY is said to be the most beautiful beach on Islay, located half a mile from Kilchoman Distillery.
