Craft gin from Estonia in Northern Europe. Homegrown grains are used as the base spirit, and botanicals are hand-picked herbs, with veronica and fennel being the key botanicals. Gives gin a floral flavor and adds a spicy undertone. Distilled in a copper pot still to give it a London dry finish.
