The Isle of Harris Distillery was established in September 2015 as the first distillery on the island of Harris, Scotland. Harris Tweed, a fabric made exclusively on the island, is widely known worldwide as a specialty product representing Scotland. Using “sugar kelp” as a key botanical, each bottle of gin is made by hand.
