We use fresh organic herbs from Japan's oldest herb farm [Kaimon Sanroku Perfume Garden] and the rare herb "Housho" that is only grown in Japan's Perfume Garden. The base spirit is sweet potato shochu (white koji type) from Oyama Jinshichi Shoten, which was founded in 1873, and the citrus fruit is plenty of Kito Yuzu from Ibusuki, Kagoshima Prefecture.
