In ancient Greece, yellow, which is made from saffron, was prized as a royal color that was only allowed to be used by the royal family. This gin has classic juniper, citrus and cardamom flavors followed by wonderful saffron flavors. The product name "Old Raj" comes from the Indian Empire established in India by the British in 1877.
