Old Tom Gin, which was born in the 18th century, had sugar added to cover up the bad taste, but Wine Stillery is unsweetened and aged in barrels to give it a sweet taste. Aged in used barrels (barriques) of 100% Sangiovese red wine. In the process, the pale pink gin is sublimated into a superb liquid filled with gentle sweetness and elegant mellowness.
