All the pomace of the Wurztraminer is distilled in a lambic borrowed from the distillery, aged for 19 months in a round glass vessel called a bonbonne, and then bottled. The sweet aroma and spicy nuances of white chocolate, along with the faintly gentle sweetness, rounds out the flavor, creating a clear and dry aftertaste. A slightly sweet finish this time.
