In 2016, in a small village "Outrijve" located in the south of Flanders, it was born as a gin named after the designer's two sons (Gil and Liam). 95% of the botanical “Fuji apple” is produced in Aomori Prefecture, and it can be said that it is a “collaboration craft gin between Japan and Belgium”. It uses more than 23 kg of apples to distill 100 liters of gin, so it is characterized by its fruity taste and easy drinking.
