The first craft mezcal in Japan from Oaxaca, Mexico. Espadin takes 6 to 8 years to grow from offspring by division. Espadin's piñas (bulbs) weigh an average of 100 kilograms and are slowly steamed in stone pits for four to six days, giving the mezcal its special aroma and taste.
And "distillation" which is the biggest feature of Baro de Cobre. The use of both earthen and copper stills results in a smoky, rustic flavor. For those who like whiskey, you will definitely become addicted to this scent that is close to peat incense!
