Anejo has been aged in American oak barrels for over a year, and has undergone a special activated carbon filtration to create a clear finish while preserving the vanilla aroma derived from barrels, the mellowness of aging, and the umami of the raw material agave. One that can also feel the aroma of herbs and white pepper, the flavor of dark chocolate and cinnamon.
