Sotle is an agave spirit made in the state of Chihuahua in the northeastern part of Mexico (the birthplace of the Chihuahua dog). It has a system of denomination of origin similar to tequila and mezcal, and it is a local sake that has developed independently in parallel with them. An unaged type that allows you to directly enjoy the fresh, lively and vivid flavor of wild agave.
