Fazenda da Quinta (Fazenda da Quinta: "farm within a farm" in Portuguese) is located in a valley at an altitude of 200 meters in the mountains of Rio de Janeiro, which is suitable for cultivating sugar cane and producing cachaça. Traditional artesanau (Portuguese for "artisan handcrafted") cachaça produced under quality control. Blanca is stored and aged in stainless steel barrels. It has a delicate aroma resembling sugar cane juice and a balanced fruity aftertaste.
