Geek Still is a small distillery that manufactures and sells distilled spirits in a rural town. AMRTA 2nd is a blend of 3 types of “Osmanthus 7”, “Ginger Leaf 34” and “Juniper Berry 1”. The osmanthus is grown locally in Koshu City, and the ginger leaves are from Minami-Alps City. . Ginger leaves are harvested at the same time as the ginger is harvested, and the dirt is removed before crushing and soaking.
