A perfect balance of mellow and elegant. A blend of traditional shochu white spirits and barrel-aged whiskey. Due to the color regulation of authentic shochu, it cannot be commercialized with any more barrel color, but coincidentally, I think that this limit is the perfect harmony point to express the best one. We captured the characteristics of each unblended whiskey and put our life into the blend.
