Bottled cocktail “Green Negroni”, a collaboration between “Bar BenFiddich” and “&SPIRITS”, which has been continuously selected as one of the world’s 50 best bars.

&SPIRITS's first original product has been selected every year for the "World's 50 Best Bars", and in 2022, it won 5th place in the "Asia's 50 Best Bars", the highest in Japan. Collaboration bottled cocktail with bar "Bar BenFiddich".

Based on the theme of farm to glass, it was created under the supervision of owner bartender Hiroyasu Kayama, who calls himself a “farmer bartender.” It is filled with herbs such as mint and lemon myrtle, as well as homemade wormwood and rosemary harvested from Mr. Kayama's own fields. A luxurious negroni that allows you to fully enjoy the aroma and taste of the medicinal herbs used.

Originally, Bar BenFiddich had a signature cocktail, the herb-flavoured Green Negroni. Mr. Kayama thought it would be interesting to put it in a bottle, and started development. “I want it to be glamorous, but I also want it to have a bitterness and a solid feel, and I want it to have a Benfiddich-ness. , It is a self-confidence work that has finally arrived at completion.

“This time, I used wormwood and rosemary grown in my own field, but by adding terroir from the Benfiddich field, I feel that Benfiddich-ness is tightly packed into this one bottle. The deep refreshing feeling of rosemary is the axis of the taste, and I think that you can enjoy the gorgeousness of the scent and the refreshing feeling of drinking.”
