Harvested in 2017 about 6 years old agave cultivated in the field name "Las Aguilas". It has a smooth flavor like butter and macadamia nuts, and a scent of spices such as pepper. The swing type, which is not aged, allows you to enjoy the pure taste of agave to the fullest.
