Aged all the time in first-fill sherry hogsheads to bring out the rich flavors of the sherry casks and bottled in cask strength for a full-bodied finish. The color is polished mahogany and the nose is chocolate, raisin, mandarin orange and spice. Alan-like fruity and sherry barrel-derived flavors are well-balanced.
