The scent spreads as the smoke of a bonfire mixes with lemonade and gradually changes to orange marmalade. With the addition of oak and leather, the scent transforms into a condensed flavor of bonito flakes. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel a faint oily and thick sweetness, and the taste spreads while peat smoke, soot, sherry, and vanilla are mixed, and you can feel a slight strawberry. Towards the finish, the sweetness of dried fruits derived from sherry barrels and the nuances of earth are added, transforming into a more complex taste.
