A craft gin label by Kosho Jozo, a shochu brewery founded in 1883. Produced by adding carefully selected botanicals such as juniper berries and roasted green tea from Kagoshima Prefecture to rice shochu. The dry flavor of gin and the fragrant aroma of hojicha spread out. It has a fragrant aroma of hojicha and a mild aftertaste of hinoki cypress, which is a secret ingredient, and goes well with Japanese food!
