Dry gin manufactured in Ho Chi Minh City, named after the settlement "Baigaur" that existed around the 11th century in Ho Chi Minh City, former Saigon. It is a gin that invites the drinker to travel around Vietnam, and is a spirit derived from sugar cane, distilled mainly with botanicals that symbolize Vietnam. Smooth and complex, citrus, juniper and other spices dance on the palate. You should be able to enjoy a refreshing citrus fruit and a dry, earthy finish!
