A 100% local barley whiskey that embodies the craft tradition of the UK. In the Cotswolds, where the good old England remains, under the guidance of Dr. Jim Swan, we started manufacturing in 2014 with the aim of making whiskey that surpasses Scotland. Using 100% local local valley, we are making whiskey with a philosophy that can be called terroir of whiskey with "floor malting" which is only done at some distilleries in the world.
