Classic x modern premium craft cachaça. Using 9 types of high-quality sugar cane from São Paulo, cultivated using geological data and GPS, distilled in a traditional single still. It is then aged for 3 years in bourbon barrels. A soft, fruity flavor with hints of vanilla and honey sweetness and ripe pears. By using Islay oak barrels for the finish, faint smoky overlaps, adding depth to the fresh nuances of plants and spices such as cinnamon and ginger that Capcana has.
