A unique Australian gin, infused with the finest Australian wine grape variety Shiraz. Whole grapes are soaked in a tank containing rare dry gin for 8 weeks, and after pressing the grapes, more rare dry gin is added to finish. When mixed with a tonic or soda, the color changes from purple to bright pink. One that can be called the Australian version of sloe gin, using about 3 kg of grapes per bottle!
