Uses agave cultivated for about 7 years at the farm of "La Latilla" located 1 km from the distillery. It is characterized by the fragrant scent of cinnamon and old wood, and the sweet and sour aroma of pineapple and berries, and the depth of aging in American oak barrels for one year.
